Cancellation Policy

1. For clients that are more than an hour drive/out of state, deposits vary. Please contact me directly at (708)378-6506, as your deposit is more than the initial $25 traveling fee. 2. To cancel or reschedule you must contact me at least 24 hours in advance or you forfeit your deposit and will be charged for half of balance owed. 3. When rescheduling your initial deposit is good for 1 month from original booking; anything after another deposit will be required. 4. No Show/No Calls will be charged full amount and can no longer book. 5. All clients must be washed, and blow dried prior to appointment unless it's provided in the service you have booked. 6. All clients are allowed a 10-minute grace period upon my arrival. If you are not ready your appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged half of balance due.
